Our newest depot is fully operational 24/7. All of our event transport services and vehicles are available any time of the day or night from our Bristol base. The London and Bristol teams are linked through our IT infrastructure, offering a seamless UK-wide operation.

Why we expanded to Bristol

We noticed through our work and clients that there has been growth in both film and TV production in the Bristol area as well as its established music and festival scene. Bristol is roughly a two-and-a-half-hour drive to London (around 119 miles), and with our event transport fleet regularly being seen on the M4, it made perfect sense for Bristol to become our second base.

Bristol’s largest independent music festival had over 175 artists last year, including Saturday headliner Fatboy Slim and Sunday headliner Years & Years.

Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts

26th – 30th June 2024

The worldwide famed festival that our event trucks have visited many times over the years. Last year, the Pyramid Stage hosted Artic Monkeys (Friday) and Guns N’ Roses (Saturday), with Elton John taking the ‘legends slot’ on the Sunday closer. Rumours of the 2024 lineup are already doing the rounds. We’ve already had an enquiry from a female American artist who will be on ‘Holiday’, and that’s all we’re saying.

Valley Fest

1st – 4th August 2024

A food and music festival is always a winning combination in our book. Last year’s headliners were Soul II Soul (Friday), The Kooks (Saturday) and Bananarama (Sunday), alongside food masterclasses and chef demos.

Bristol International Balloon Fiesta

8th – 11th August 2024

Bristol hosts the largest hot air balloon event in Europe, with over 100 participants taking to the skies, live music, food and the Night Glow of hot air balloon burners lighting the sky to the sounds of BBC Radio Bristol.
