Who do we share your data with?

We only share your information with our specific technical suppliers for the purposes of the processing of bookings, maintaining our company accounts and for the running of our business. We do not share or supply your data to any company or organisation that is not a paid supplier and would not do so, unless required or by legal instruction.
The suppliers we use have their own privacy policies in place regarding handling your personal data, and we are satisfied they offer suitable protection of your data.
We do not pass on personal data to any third parties.

How do we store your data?

Data collected from our website is:
    1.  Held in our website database and is stored on a secure web server by our hosting provider
    2.  Stored with our cloud accounts software
    3.  Stored with our card processing supplier

A-B 24/7 Ltd. uses accepted measures of security to protect personal information supplied to us, however we cannot guarantee 100% security of any data. If a data breach was to occur we would endeavour to notify any effected parties as soon as reasonably possible and in the case of a severe breach we would notify the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Enquiry data (non-client) is deleted from our servers and office computers bi-annually, every May and November.

How Long Do We Store Your Data?

Personal Data is stored for a maximum of 13 months.
Each month we systematically delete personal data that is over 12 months old.
Please contact us if you would like us to delete the personal data we hold on you earlier.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

You have the right to request A-B 24/7 for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

You have the right to request that A-B 24/7 correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request A-B 24/7 complete the information you believe is incomplete.

You have the right to request that A-B 24/7 restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. However, we may have to cancel your booking if we are unable to facilitate due to a request to restrict processing.
