Wimbledon Fair 2016
On Saturday 18th June our Wimbledon Same Day Courier and Event Logistics teams will be heading up to Wimbledon Common to support the Wimbledon Guild for this years Wimbledon Fair, the largest free outdoor event in South London.

Event Logistics
Our involvement started a few weeks ago when we sent out a team to fix promotional banners around Merton advertising the event. On Friday 17th our Event Logistics team will be collecting all of the Wimbledon Guild’s equipment and storing overnight in our on-site storage. The Saturday of the fair will be an early start, we’ll be supplying a team to deliver Wimbledon Guild’s equipment to the common arriving at 6am to set-up; tents, small marquees, banners and promotional material – as well as being on hand to help wherever needed.
This years fair is particularly exciting to our Wimbledon Same Day Courier team as there will be the new addition of a jousting competition , a different use of horse power than they’re used to.
Our Event Logistics team will be checking out the live music and entertainment and various food offerings… and who can resist Waggy Wimbledon?!
When the fair ends, pack-down and clear-up begins, returning everything back to our storage to then deliver back to the Wimbledon Guild on the Monday.
